The full SexNet rules can be found at www.sexnet.org, however we'll add the hilights here.

As this is not a democracy, this is a free service paid for by the server owners, for your and the other users enjoyment and entertainment, we do reserve the right to terminate a users access without cause or explination.

1. Minors are NOT allowed on SexNet. A minor is someone under the age of 18.

Minors must be reported to #sexgods immediately, if you knowingly allow a minor to stay on the network you will be removed as well as the minor.

If you are asked your age by a channel or network op and you do not respond you will be removed from the channel and/or network.

Age is not a joke on SexNet if you respond to a question regarding your age with a number under 18, even in jest, you will be removed from the network.

2. Conversation pertaining to, or material (pictures, texts, videos) depicting the following are NOT allowed on SexNet:

Bestiality

Incest

Pedophelia

Rape

Snuff

These are to be reported to #sexgods as well, and again if you knowingly allow someone to stay on the network discussing these topics or sending out these materials, you will be removed from the network at the same time they are.

3. SexNet does not allow discrimination in any manner including but not limited to the following:

Race

Color

Gender (including trans-gendered)

Sexual Orientation

Religion

Age

4. Harrassment - This is on a case-by-case determination by the IRCops/Administration. We recommend the use of the /ignore feature as a first-line defense against harrassment. We encourage all the channel owners/operators/voices/half-ops to suggest the use of /ignore....it does work the majority of the time. For cases where ignore is not sufficient to keep the harrassment from continuing, we may get involved in the situation if asked. We do not want users harrassed on this network.

5. Spam (URLS pasted in channel for websites/other networks/etc.) Spam is not allowed on SexNet. Offenders will have access terminated.

6. Bots - Friendly bots are allowed, war bots, DDoS bots, sub7 bots, bottler, irc-ork or others will not be allowed. If you have a bot you may think is questionable, please ask about it before bringing it on the network.

7. Flooding - Ban the user from the channel, then report it to #sexgods (DO NOT PASTE the entire flood! We only need 3-6 lines of it.)

8. Hacking / Nuking - Any user that brags about hacking/nuking, probably couldn't hack their way out of a paper bag, do not get upset or panic. A true hacker/nuker will not brag. We set all users +i and +x on connect, this sets you invisible(+i) and hidden host(+x). The only way they can get your true IP address is if you dcc send / chat with them. This should prevent most nuking.

2. DO NOT PM WITHOUT ASKING

This is a chat channel, not a cyber pick up bar, do not push yourself on people by PMing without asking and intruding on their privacy.

This will get your ass escorted out the door very very very quickly.

3. Sarcasm is an artform, best left to professionals and adults or it comes off sounding like a petty, jealous child's whining. Don't dabble in it unless you're proficient, it'll most likely get you banned.

4. Drama is best left on a stage, not in a public channel where feelings can get hurt, scenes can be ruined and prejudiced formed. Leave the drama at the door and come in for a good time.

5. Arguments in channel are disruptive, take them to pm or somewhere else. One, both or all of the participants can and will be warned and then kick/banned according to op discretion.

6. If you do not agree with a kick and /or ban speak to the op in question, another op, a senior op or the channel founder.

Do NOT do any of the following in response to a kick and/or ban : evade bans, argue them in channel, berate ops for doing their jobs, threaten either a person, the channel or the server. The more calm and rational you can be, the quicker things can be solved.

7. Harrassment and prejudice will not be tolerated. The parameters of each are above, and the consequences are either warned, kicked or banned. This includes name calling, making someone uncomfortable, unwelcome sexual advances and monopolizing the channel with senseless babble.

8. Ops are here to enforce rules, help users and have fun too. Dont ruin their day, or anyone's because you are having a bad one. There is a time to just walk away, instead of commenting.

9. Ops have friends, however, this doesnt mean they are above the rules. If you are a friend of an op, be respectful of your buddy's position, dont make it hard on them by forcing them to kick/ban you for acting up.

10. Our bots are here for a specific purpose, anyone using the bot's !pm function should be aware that an op may or may not ask for proof of the private message recieved. Please keep the pm open for a few minutes just in case. Anyone caught abusing the priviledge of the bot will be banned for one hour and all bot access will be removed.

The bottom line is come on in, have fun, treat people the way you'd like to be treated and we'll all get along. Why waste energy being an ass, when you could be sexxing up ?
